Galle to Yala
Many south-coast itineraries end at Yala. The road is coastal then inland. A driver can stop for a last swim in Mirissa or a stilt-fisher photo (be respectful; it is often staged).

Fort and beach, then safari

You can drive both, but a proper safari needs a night near the park. Swim in the morning, transfer after lunch.
