What is your cancelation policy?

We do not offer refunds for our whale watching tours. This applies even if whales or dolphins are not spotted during your trip, as whale sightings cannot be guaranteed in their natural habitat. Additionally, if weather conditions prevent us from going to sea, no refund will be provided. We will inform you early in the morning if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions.

Do you provide hotel pickup?

Yes, we offer hotel pickup service for guests staying in the Mirissa area. Please arrange this when making your booking.
