Your journey begins in the calm, controlled environment of a swimming pool, where patient instructors help you master the basics and build your confidence at your own pace. On day two, you will graduate to the open ocean for two fully guided reef dives. Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have prior diving experience?

No prior experience is required. This program is designed specifically for complete beginners. Your instructor will handle the technical details, assemble your gear, and guide you through basic skills before you ever touch the open ocean.

Do I need to be a strong swimmer?

You do not need to be an Olympic swimmer, but you must have basic swimming ability and feel comfortable in the water.

How deep will we go?

Your initial pool training will be in shallow water, typically up to 6 meters (20 feet). During the open water ocean dives, you will go to a maximum depth of 12 meters (40 feet) to ensure you stay within safe limits for first-time divers.

Will this tour give me a scuba diving certification?

No, this program does not grant full certification. It is an introductory experience meant to let you test the waters and try diving without the pressure of a massive theory exam. If you decide you want a permanent license, you will need to book the full 3-Day PADI Open Water Course.
